Privacy Policy

Posted 24 Sep 2026.

Operator: HaulBoard LLC (Texas), EIN 42-5162623. Privacy contact: support@haulboardcrm.com.

This Policy covers the HaulBoard™ web app, iOS app, Android app, and related sites (the “Service”). It is written for App Store / Google Play listing needs and U.S. business operators.

1. Who this covers / roles

HaulBoard is a multi-tenant CRM for U.S. junk-haul and field-service crews. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies).

  • Platform (HaulBoard LLC). We process operator account data and host job/customer data operators enter so we can provide the Service.
  • Operators (tenants). For customer contacts, job photos, invoices, and job-pay charges, the operator generally decides why that customer data is used. HaulBoard provides the tools; the operator responds to consumer requests about jobs they ran, except where we act only as the platform for operator accounts.
  • Job-pay merchant of record. When an operator connects Stripe or Square and charges a job card, the operator is the merchant of record. HaulBoard LLC is not MoR for job pay and takes no cut of job payments.

2. What we collect

  • Account and organization. Name, email, sign-in provider (Google, Sign in with Apple, or email), org/crew membership, role.
  • Job and customer data operators enter. Contacts, addresses, photos, quotes, invoices, notes, schedule.
  • Device and app metadata. App version, screen/route, approximate time, device/OS, diagnostics needed to run and support the Service.
  • SaaS billing. Subscription status and billing data Stripe needs for the HaulBoard LLC subscription. Full SaaS card numbers stay with Stripe.
  • Job-pay connections (optional). Connected account id, OAuth tokens, basic business profile the processor shares, charge/refund/payout status. Job-pay card numbers stay with Stripe or Square.
  • Support. Notes you send via report tools, plus screen, app version, time, user/org id, operator email.

3. How we use it

We use this information to run HaulBoard, process SaaS subscription payments, provide support, secure the Service, meet legal duties, and improve the product using anonymized or aggregated usage. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Service providers and other parties

Vendors that process data for us (or that you connect) can include:

  • Stripe — HaulBoard LLC SaaS billing; and, if connected, Stripe Connect for operator job pay (operator = MoR).
  • Square — if connected, operator job pay (operator = MoR).
  • Google — Google Sign-In when chosen; related auth/hosting if used.
  • Apple — Sign in with Apple when chosen; App Store distribution metadata.
  • Hosting / app delivery — e.g. Vercel or similar for web app and APIs.
  • Email / support / diagnostics — if enabled, to operate the Service (not third-party ads).

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect HaulBoard LLC, users, or others. When you connect Stripe or Square for job pay, their privacy notices apply to payment data they handle for you.

5. Retention and security

We keep account and job data while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period after close for backups, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal needs, then delete or de-identify what we control. Industry-standard safeguards; no method is perfect.

6. Your choices — account deletion

Update or delete job data in the app. Cancel the SaaS subscription in web Settings (store apps do not sell the subscription as IAP/Play Billing).

Delete your account (permanent delete, not freeze) — Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play account-deletion rules:

  • iOS / Android: Settings → Delete account (easy to find).
  • Web (Play-required URL): Settings → Delete account, or the dedicated page published with this Policy and in store listings at https://haulboardcrm.com/delete-account on this marketing site (and the in-app delete flow once Kit ships).
  • Backup: email support@haulboardcrm.com with subject “Delete account”.

On deletion we remove the operator account from active systems and delete or de-identify personal data we are not legally required to keep, generally within 30 days (backups/legal holds may apply). Org owners should export first. If you used Sign in with Apple, we revoke related Apple tokens when we delete the account. Job-pay history may remain with Stripe/Square under the tenant MoR.

7. U.S. / California (CCPA/CPRA)

California (and similar state) residents may request access, correction, or deletion, and appeal a denial, by emailing support@haulboardcrm.com with “Privacy request.”

Categories are listed in Section 2. Sale / share: We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. “Do Not Sell or Share” requests: same email — we will confirm no-sale/no-share and honor access/deletion rights. Product is for U.S. business operators.

8. App Store / Google Play disclosures

Listings link here. Apple App Privacy labels and Google Play Data safety must match this Policy (account info; user content; identifiers; diagnostics; SaaS purchase history via Stripe; job-pay cards stay with Stripe/Square). Tracking: HaulBoard does not use third-party advertising tracking; if that changes we update this Policy and store disclosures first. ATT only if we truly “track” under Apple’s definition.

9. SMS

If the Service opens device Messages (sms: link), HaulBoard is not the SMS carrier or messaging seller. The operator is responsible for consent laws for texts they send.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes posted here and/or noted in-app.
